The Super Achievers concept attempts to recognize the Talent, Competence and Skills of individuals. i.e. identifying outstanding professionals who have had tremendous achievements in their respective fields. Professionals whose contribution value to the organization is high are recognized as Super Achievers. Fun and Joy at Work has successfully recognized India’s Super Achievers for the Indira Group of Institutes for the years 2003-04, 2004-05, 2005-06, 2006-07 & 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10. This year is special with India Shining with Corporate Czars, Leaders and Entrepreneurs who believe in “MAD” approach - which is Making a Difference. The Research Cell at Fun and Joy at Work consistently aims at researching and identifying professionals who have a high contribution value to the organizations they serve.
